Read-only Exchange API (Can Read), plus CSV — App credentials do not work

About importing from Crypto.com

Crypto.com runs a consumer App and a separate professional Exchange. API and CSV data must come from the Exchange product, not the App wallet.

Use Crypto.com Exchange credentials (Can Read) or Exchange CSV exports. App-only credentials will not authenticate against the Exchange API.

Import Crypto.com via CSV

Prefer files? CSV upload works for every account.

  1. 1Open your Crypto.com account and locate the trade history / statements export.
  2. 2Export your full Crypto.com trade history as CSV (export spot and futures history separately if they are split).
  3. 3Export deposits, withdrawals, and fee records if provided separately.
  4. 4Open TradingAtlas and go to Import → CSV.
  5. 5Upload the Crypto.com files — columns are detected and mapped automatically.

Once your Crypto.com trades are imported, TradingAtlas builds an automated trading journal, calculates realized PnL and win rate, and prepares cost-basis data for tax reporting — all from the same normalized history.
