7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
All analytics, calculations, PnL figures, tax estimates, and reports generated by the Platform are derived from data provided by you or sourced via third-party exchange APIs. The accuracy of all outputs is entirely dependent on the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the underlying input data.
Factors that may cause inaccuracies include but are not limited to: incorrect or incomplete imported data, exchange API errors or gaps, unsupported trade types, rounding differences, and jurisdiction-specific accounting rules.

15. Mandatory Arbitration
Except for claims that qualify for small claims court, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of a recognised arbitration body in the Company's jurisdiction.
You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not in a class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. You expressly waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against TradingAtlas.
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent harm.
16. Class Action Waiver
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND TRADINGATLAS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
If this waiver is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the entirety of the arbitration clause shall be void.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TradingAtlas is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to the arbitration agreement above, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
